Peak’s modern American menu is inspired by Chef Cryer’s long-standing relationships with local fishermen, farmers and purveyors as well as a commitment to sustainability. With a focus on purity of the ingredients and inspired by the diverse cuisines of New York City, the menu is divided into three categories: Land, Sea and Garden. Peak’s menu highlights a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
Award-winning Beverage Director and Master Sommelier Zack Kameron designed the innovative beverage program for Peak which draws inspiration from New York State and features a world-class wine list, inventive cocktails and a variety of craft beers.
