Managed by RHC and occupying the entire 101st floor, the vibrant 10,000 square foot space encompasses an a la carte restaurant, a private dining room and an event space. In partnership with renowned architect David Rockwell and Rockwell Group, a truly stylish setting has been designed to enjoy a dining experience at the summit of this 1,296-foot tall tower; a beautiful destination to return to time and time again.



Peak’s seasonal modern American menu is inspired by Chef Cryer’s long-standing relationships with local fishermen, farmers and purveyors as well as a commitment to sustainability.  With a focus on purity of the ingredients and inspired by the diverse cuisines of New York City, the menu is divided into three categories: Land, Sea and Garden. Peak’s menu highlights a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. 



Award Winning Beverage Director Zach Kameron has established Peak as the newest must visit destination for wine and spirits in New York City. Our list features some of the worlds greatest wines and spirits, with a focus on products made in New York.  Our bar program features classically inspired cocktails and a comprehensive list of over 300 spirits. Our selections are constantly being updated so you never know what surprises await you on your visit.
